Cheap ITX case with quiet PSU

Funny enough I've just bought my replacement In-Win case and annoyingly it doesn't have a faceplace for a slimline drive, so I might end up selling mine. I'll shout you if I stick it on the MM.
In-Win really need to be consistent with the format of their provided faceplates!

Don't all slimline drives come with a faceplate to start with?
 
Any way to get a slim faceplate without having to buy an actual drive?
