Cheap PC spec - for friend

I know another spec thread lol.

I have been asked by a friend to make his mrs a pc for xmas, he only wants to spend about £150

I have a case, and a PSU, and a monitor that i can chuck in for free,

So im not looking to go mad, as it will only be a surfing / music pc, no gaming dual core might not be necessary.

Need a CPU

Graphics card

maybe have £15 left for a keyboard? or is that to much to ask?
