cheap PC?

hey guys i would like to build a really cheap PC just for goin onto internet and watch movies. my budget is low (below 200 pound :-)

)
i currently have a 5770 and a 450w unbranded PSU. also a cheap case lol.
any suggestion?

you could always use linux/ubuntu to save some cash, i would want to swap that psu if i were you, something like the corsair cx430w v2.
