Cheap razor blades?

Morning folks, anybody got any ideas where I can get razor blades for a quattro or mach 3 cheaper than the high street. The blades are stupidly expensive in there and although they're cheap on ebay, not sure I trust em lol.
 
I get mine from costco. Not vastly cheaper but still a saving.

The bay is cheapest but I, like you, am wary of buying off there in fear of fake blades that will rip my face to bits
 
Got mach 3 stuff from the bay, works fine and looks legit. Got me 90+ blades as i gotta shave everyday, should last awhile :D
 
Car boots sales? Razor blades and batteries and anything else thats easy to put in your pocket are always cheap there. :D
 
as someone who has personally had his fingers burnt on eBay buying these mach3 blades in the past...it was a pack of 20 aswell

i can safely say they are not in any way, worth even considering using for personally. The standard of the blade is like a razor that has already been used many times before. they're very blunt and shred your skin like a potato peeler

personally give me a hammer and chisel over those replicas anyday :p
 
I use mach 3 turbo and have been tempted by ebay in the past. I tried wilkinsonsword quattro, but since they caused the worst razor burn i have ever had (and not just once either) it makes a mockery of their "wow, can you feel it?" Advertising campain. Yes i bloody felt it, it was like shaving with a hand saw.
Dont think i will buy any off the bay.
 
I bought around 40 Mach 3 blades off eBay early last year, and realised after a few months that the aloe vera strip kept falling off, and that the blades didn't cut very well...

I sent them to Gillette and they confirmed they were fake, and were nice enough to send me vouchers so I could buy replacements for them - I wouldn't recommend doing this though, because the whole process took around 4 months :eek:

Anyways, DON'T buy them from eBay!
 
i got mine from tesco's i pay through the nose for my fusion power blades but there the best shave ive ever had and at the end of the day i dont wanna slice my face to bits
 
I got stung with fake mach3 blades on the bay but managed to get a refund though.

I ended up getting a legit packet from another seller.

A sure fire way of telling is by looking on the packet and if it is not perforated at the side then they will probably be fake.
 
I bought some mach 3 turbo blades a while ago from ebay but only just opened them now that I've seen this thread, haven't tried them yet but got a feeling they're fake, there is no serial number on the side of the cartridge holder. Didn't even think about them being fakes plus the seller has 100% positive feedback.:( Is it worth checking all the packets or should I contact the seller?
