it REALLY depends what you're doing. and the clean isn't that big an issue.

Get a wash and cure station to clean up your prints, it really is a game changer.
Hardly any mess to clear up afterwards, I only ever wear nitrile gloves when I am straining unused resin from the tank back into the bottle it came in.
Saturn, Mars 2 Pro, Mars 3 & 2 filament printers here, been resin printing over a year now and not had any issues at all.
