So I bought a printer for the office that was an amazing deal, its arrived and I didn't read the small print properly and it has no WIFI connectivity.

Can someone suggest a router that will allow WIFI connection to a printer, Max 10 users please? (and also save face)

The printer is a Samsung M2875FD Xpress Mono Laser Multifunction Printer

Any pointers appreciated! Cheers!

What router are you using at the moment?

The printer has Ethernet so you should be able to connect it to your network and have it available to both wired and wireless clients.

I should have added the extra complexity..... my fault.

This has to sit separately to the network that is being used. The WIFI/network is being provided by our office provider (serviced office - "Wework").

I just need this to sit in a small room and allow people to print

Your clients aren't going to be able to connect to two networks simultaneously. It'll be a right pain having to switch network connections every time you want to print.

What's stopping you plugging the printer into the network? It shouldn't matter that it's managed for you; unless of course you have wireless access only.

My concern would be all of the other people on the network being able to print from our device..... is that a legit concern?

Isn't your part of the network private? You'd expect each company using the network to be kept separate. If not I'd have bigger concerns than someone wasting a bit of your paper/toner.

WeWork can definitely give you a setup where your printer is connected via a cable, and your wireless clients and other wired ports in your office are on the same subnet, private from other tenants. You just need to ask them.
