Cheap + small + prebuilt PC?

Hi I'm looking for a cheap and small prebuilt PC.

This will solely be used as a backup device for whenever my main PC breaks down or something similiar.

It won't be used for anything intensive, just literally as a device to browse the internet/watch films from/use as an interim device.

You could ask for a system similar to this to be built for you by OcUK.

They would need to add Windows to the build but I would hope it would be considerably cheaper as it would be System Build Licence - you would need to could check this. The system below would be more than adequate for internet/films etc and OcUK should only charge a nominal build fee for what would be a very simple build.
