cheap smartwatch sucks！

I bought a D3 smartwatch, cost only 22 dollars, I go cheap but not for a watch has a poor function, it features a heart rate tracker, but my heart rate stays the same after doing half an hour's running, ***link removed*** - WGso any recommendation for smartwatch, i want to go for a new one but not a high end one.
