Cheap solution for wifi on the move?

I'm tempted in buying something that is wifi enabled. The device can be anything (PDA, phone, ?).
Just curious what people reckon is the cheapest way to do it?

Um whilst that seems very cool it appears to be GPRS? I want wifi ideally as it would be good to take abroad and I don't want the roaming charges.

Eee PC? Not exactly cheap, but cheaper than a lot of options...

Yep I'd go with this, its idea for its purpose really and as much as I like pda's and phones with wifi, the touch is probably the slimmest option.
However the 8GB iPhone is cheaper has a phone if needed and assuming you unlock could be used with any generic sim in any country.
