Yeah, the 1030 D4 is fine for someone with an AMD CPU/Intel F SKU who just wants a display adapter. Well they would be, at about 50/60 quid.
I think I remember them excavating a GT730 on an episode of Time Team 25 years ago.

I'm sure I sold a 730 on mm for £20 whoever bought that got a bargain was literally just a month or two back

Not all gt 730s seem to be the same. Some are fermi and some Kepler. Kepler one is better. Dunno if the gt 730 has got a bad rep due to the fermi one just like ddr4 has damaged gt1030s rep.
