Cheapest GPU to output 2160p@144hz+ ?

As title reads, what is the cheapest GPU (preferably Nvidia) that supports 2160p@144hz or higher output for standard desktop use (no gaming)?
 
Opps, sorry, for some dumb reason i read 1440p.

If Nvidia is preferable you'd have to step up to the GT 730, although give how i just screwed up you'd best check that with DeliciousStorage. :o

So in terms of refresh rate no benefit in going for a 1030 or 1050 over a 730 then? If that's the case I'll just stick with 60hz, it's an older pc hooked up to a new monitor.

An r7 240 is reasonably cheap and faster than any nvidia alternatives and would only use 15watts as opposed to 50w on a gt730.
