Cheapest lease car with EA888 engine?

Would you say at £2800 deposit and £316 a month for 3 years, the TRoc R is the cheapest car with the EA888? How can you tell if £14k total cost is s good/bad deal?

The Leon Cupra and Golf R seem to be a lot more expensive now.

What could you buy a new T-Roc R for (Note: The answer to this is not the list price)?

What could you sell a 3 year old T-Roc R for?

What is the difference between these two numbers?

If its more than £14k, then its a bad deal. If its less than £14k, its a good deal.

Seems very bad indeed, used prices are crazy high, and a new one can be had for 37k potentially. I can only find 2019 cars and they are 33K.
