Cheapest printers

I want to know what the cheapest printers are to buy and run. I hardly use the one I've got atm but it seems to use it's £15 ink cartridges doing nothing.
I'm not interested in quality I just use it for black and white documents.

Then perhaps a second hand mono laser might do you better.
