cheapest solution?

hey guys my dad just got hold of a 2nd hand camcorder with just s-video out, whats the cheapest solution but not crappy way to get his videos to pc? im guessing some sort of tv card with s-video in?

Good guess, or use a DVD recorder, or use a VIVO graphics card.

Wouldn't like to recommend a single one, but if spend a little extra u can get one that has freeview built in and then your pc becomes freeview recorder
