Cheapest way to get mobile data /web?

Hi, I'm looking for the cheapest way to get 1gb /pm min web accsess with around 100 minutes & 200 texts.

I don't need a handset and I don't care what network. Only thing is it can't be payg as someone else if paying for it.

All I can find so far is £19 on O2, none of the others seem to offer web boltons ect...

Any deals about?

Quick question though. I've had a company phone for the past 8 years so I'm not that familiar with how the various networks behave these days.
If I were to go with 3 could I use any 3g Android or WM phone with the Sim or do 3 have certain restrictions?

AFAIK, it has to be a 3G phone that isn't locked to any other network. You won't necessarily be able to use some of Three's extra features (free Skype, MSN etc.) but this shouldn't be a problem as you have internet anyway.
 
i would avoid 3 mobile like the plague,i had a contract with them and nothing but problems,i have canceled my contract after 3months trying to and getting 8 different final bills ect.i was with them for two years and had problems with network,mobile phone software is buggy,sims are as well,just thought i would share this one.plenty on google about it as well as not the first one to have problems.
