Cheapo Ebay levers

If there is any safety concern surly it's not worth the effort to save a few quid and as for them being the same quality as bog standard jap levers no way.

I've read that some levers are slighty miss shaped .
wtf :D

My post wasn't very clear,

This is an extract from this thread which explain it better

It would appear the problem is with the part of the lever that pivots. The actual part of the lever that pushes the pin into the master cylinder is closer to the cylinder than the original, which in my opinion does not allow the plunger to fully return within cylinder thus not allowing fluid to return out of the system quick enough to allow pads to clear disk and then causes the binding problem as stated by dynamo.

No doubt chinese quality control isn't up to much but I've snapped a OEM suzuki lever and the metal quality didnt look good.

At the end of the day you pay your money and take your chances.

I'll double-check on the brake issue later tonight - I'll compare with the stock to see if I can notice a difference. I certainly don't see a difference in terms of resistance pushing the bike around.

Anyway, first ride in this morning and they feel rather nice. Still playing with the adjusters to get them the right distance, but I'm happy. :)

I've had the "spazzo's" on my gixxer for a while now and I can't complain for the money.
They feel solid enough and have had my big paws grabbing handfulls of them with no probs.

my mate has these on his K5 Gixxer, tbh for the money they are excellent value, so good in fact I'm waiting for a set for my YZF :)
