Cheat Day / Meal Help

2000 caliros is way too much!!! When i go for wine session 2 weeks i dump down to 500 and drink 6L of water. Flush most crap out of me.

Normaly i just take in 1200 cals

No it isn't, i get around 1500-2000 calories per day, but my diet is a high protein, low carbohydrate diet with 4 days of intense exercise involving supersets, compound movements as well as jump rope for cardio, the fat just drips off, probably the most effective fat loss regime i've ever undertaken.
 
Just had a hot chicken curry [which involves spices and herbs] with basmati rice for my cheat meal which i have once per week, i always try my best to at least choose something relatively healthy on my cheat days.
