If there is absolutely no contact and some one is rolling around then i consider it cheating but as long as there is contact then the player can do any thing because there is no way you can determine the level of pain from a contact.
Its easy for some one to step on your toe and it pains like hell while another can stick his boot into you guard(though badly) but you don't feel the pain.
Its some of those slightest contacts that give players serious injuries. If i may ask who injured Lucas to be out for the rest of the season?. But may be a slight contact on him towards the end of a game would have exposed or aggravated an injury that had already occurred and would throw him genuinely on the ground rolling.
So we will never access the pain some one feels from any contact and that's why many players will always take advantage of that loop hole. Laws of natural justices say its better to acquit 100 guilty persons than convicting one innocent person and i will go with that.
