Hi guys about to purchase this system please could you take a look and see if theres any problems or improvements you could suggest.

corsair 520W psu will do

Pc2-6400 ram is sufficient for getting 3+ghz out of a q6600

P35 chipset MB such as the abit IP35 or IP35 pro will be my choice of MB, its more tried and tested.

cheack do you need all the features of vista ultimate, if not get a cheaper vista.

okay will go for sata version instead, but cant drop the raptors have had 2x 74gb versions with current pc and best hd's ever owned so im keeping those!, but may pick up a normal 500gb drive just for downloads.

Have got to say, upgrading my main HDD to a raptor has been the most notable performance gain ive ever seen.

Great cooler and PSU, ive got the same and havent had any problems with either. Same for the Q6600... really easy overclocker.

I have to agree with one of the previous posters. Check about vista, see if you require the additional features of the ultimate edition, and also maybe go for a cheaper mainboard... could shave off a few £100 there fairly easily :)
