Check my build please? :)

Such a shame. I think I'll avoid purchasing their products for a while, thanks!
In fairness, you should be returning the item to the place of purchase if you can.

This is taken from OCUK retuns policy

After 30 Days / Warranty Period

Sometimes goods may become faulty after the acceptance period has expired but within the warranty period. Depending on the product, you will receive either a replacement or your product will be repaired.

Reducing the time you are without a working product is important. You can often save time and money by handling the return directly with the manufacturer. We will advise you of this option when appropriate. Please click here to check service availability and contact details by manufacturer.

If a direct service is not available or you would prefer Overclockers UK to handle your return, then we encourage you to contact us. We will send your goods for repair or replacement to the manufacturer under warranty.

Turnaround times vary between manufacturer and product type. Overclockers UK is in constant contact with our suppliers and will endeavour to return the items in the speediest manner possible.

Goods returned for repair or replacement should be sent with all components provided at the time of purchase that are required for the product to work e.g. PSU's require all modular cables, AIO coolers require all mounting hardware, fans and cables. Any additional accessories such as figurines, stickers, keychains etc are not required to be returned as we cannot guarantee that they will remain present with the original item through the return procedure.

If the manufacturer is unable to return the items within 28 days, we will give you the option of a refund. Depending on the age of the items, the refund may include a deduction for the length of time you have used them (known as rescission).

Yeah, but that's only for a month in. I'm sure the reviews must have been after that period, assuming most would buy them from a retailer?

Why ? I mean you can find good/bad for every single pc brand.

As for Corsair power supplies (This may have changed) they have UK RMA. It use to be Bolton.

What is the pc being used for ? I can't see it in your original post, or any replies.

Well if the reviews are as bad as 68% in the one and two star ratings it's extraordinarily bad. I tend to look for 80%+ in the 4 and 5 star ratings a least when purchasing anything.

I'm using it for gaming across the spectrum - that''s to say AAA, indie, older games. I have my own Youtube channel which I maintain myself. I speedrun RTS games (CnC Tiberium Wars, CnC KW atm) and record the gameplay, edit the clips and upload them to Youtube. I also produce the thumbnails. I'll be moving on to Red Alert 3 before Tiberian Sun, and then to other RTS games. The total folder size if on 25GB atm but it will grow over time as I move onto other games. I'd really like to record at 4k (older, slower games).

Currently using an i7 2600k and a 1070. 40% bottleneck, but it works for clearing out my steam closet atm. I want to upgrade to play new(er) titles soon. 12 games in the last week. Around 50-60 to clear before the new rig is required!

If you haven't bought a product from them recently you may not have realised just how quickly they have declined, on Trustpilot they sit at 2 out of 5 and 60% of the reviews are 1 star. Problems that are frequently cited are warranties that are not honoured, poor product documentation, the staff don't care and don't help, their products just aren't as good as they were, they've clearly cut corners to save money, build quality is worse on most of their line-up and their software doesn't work and is buggy (mostly relates to ique or whatever it's called). It's all as result of them listing their company of the stock exchange in 2020 and the company now being under pressure to deliver growth for investors which has resulted in a decline in their standards. You can watch gamers nexus video reviewing the 6000D and 6000X case as one example.

There's plenty of other decent brands out their that makes quality products, loyalty doesn't get you anything other then disappointment.
trustedpilot? Lian li is 2out of 5, gigabyte 1.6 out of 5...I'll give trusted pilot 1 out 5...people like to moan...when things go well you tend not to go on and right glowing reviews.. I agree though, don't rate the new corsair cases...look flimsy and you might as well get an 011d. The 4000/5000 and 7000 cases are solid. they only ever had good reviews and the 4000d was the best selling case globally for the next year plus after it was launched. the 5000 series(I've got) is built like a tank and best case I've owned. It's better than my 011d evo which now is built is fine, but metal was pushed in a bit and couldn't fit psu in with seriously scratching it all up etc. Got a phantex nv5 in a box, yet to umpack..going to see how that is...but avoiding products because of trusted pilot is a waste of time
corsair psu are constantly rated as top tier, esp the rmx series...don't know where you're getting that they're crap from. I've got the rm1000x, review had it just shy of platinum performance..it's silent, hit's peak efficiency at 30% load and 0 issues..tried out the shift version in the 011d also..zero issues
the 7000 series case is massive...completely different tier compared to a 216 case...which I agree is excellent...but there zero wrong with it..it's just massive and expensive..I much prefer the monolithic look myself...but that's a personal choice
