ive set it up using dedicated server, so hopefully it is working

ive opened ports 27015 & 27020 as shown on a guide, i dont know what else is effecting it

routers can be a pain in the a** sometimes m8. Make sure u have the correct ports.

Never set up a cs server but was thinking maybe windows firewall might cause some issues ?

could be, but ive used windows firewall with my usb modem and it worked fine
