Check my routine

I used biceps as an example, because the routine seemed short so i wasnt suer if i added that to my current bit or just did that :P

Im not expecting to be huge i just wanna be bigger and my bench press hasnt gone up for ages ive kinda hit a mark i cant get past doing what i am now. And i also dont wanna waste my time with something thats not really gonna work in long run. I havent been doing this routine long and i would have kept doing it if some 1 hadnt pointed out i was bad lol I have the ability to stick at it as long as i know its going to/is working :)

Cheers for that article tho makes things clearer and as guy said you see loads of people like me in the gym doing same thing lol but they are all relatively small compared to the people who do know what they are doing :cool:

I may start that program tomorrow when i go again and see how it feels.

SLDL are in my legs day and i started to do them but they dont seem to train legs at all :s unless im doing something really wrong i cant see how they do train legs more lower kinda back? You dont bend legs a lot so not really doing much :confused:

I do squats anyway and now upto 55kg which im happy with next time around i think i can make 60 which is quite a step up from what i started on.
 
Need to be keeping the SLDLs in your routine mate. If you can't feel them in your hams then you're doing something wrong. Learn the correct form and you'll see why they need to be in your routine.
