9am this morning and my delivery was sched for tommorrow 3rd.

i'm a bit miffed i read no where it takes longer for pumps and tops otherwise i would have paid the extra to order seperate and do it myself as i wanted to start the rig this weekend

i did 5 hours ago and no reply, i've asked if it's a balls up if they can deliver Saturday instead.

this is what happens to me everytime i try to save money

At 5pm?

They'll have all gone home :p (by they, I mean 5UB:p)

I'm sure it;ll be sorted tomorrow :)

Told you so OP :p

Look forward to pics

My blocks arrived today, never knew they were so heavy, the plexi does look really sexy lol.

I've swapped the intel plate for the amd plate, i almost touched cloth while tightening the 4 screws. Had no idea how tight to do them so just used the allen key they give you but used it vertically so i didn't have much leverage.

hey guys am i ok to flush the water blocks with boiled then cooled water then do a final flush with DI. I noticed when practicing fitting the threads into the blocks little shavings of plexi fell into the jet plate is this normal???

It isn't normal, but I don't think you need to worry either.

And it's fine to flush like you just mentioned :)

then off to get a dremel 300-55

i don't know wether to do a build log or just post some updates here. Seems like too many rules in the build log section:rolleyes:

does anyone know if you have to wait longer for the teck labs pumps and tops

my order still says in warehouse que , and heres me thinking i was going to do this at the weekend :(

Slightly yeah as they fix them both together for you before shipping. My nickel acetal version of the same one arrived bubble wrapped with both the empty boxes for each part, so it was ready to go into the case immediately.

Cheers mate, I wasn't sure whether they ship with the boxes or not, do they include the mounting bracket?

I am utterly crapping my pants about taking the angel grinder and dremel to my HAF X.

been a joiner for 15 years and worked with wood and metal numerous times but if i mess up it's a £130 mistake LOL
