I believe people are having issues with the Sapphire Motherboards.. whilst none to my knowledge of the Crossfire boards are perfect, the best is the Asus to the best of my knowledge.

from reading the official sapphire grouper thread most ppl seem to be very happy with it, i have not encountered any problems with it whatsoever. I would definately recommend it. I know one or two had to send their mobo back for an exchange but this seems to be a one off.
Asus has a R580 mobo out done they? mayb wait for that to be available.

The 580 based board is about as out as the 7900 - maybe a little sooner but last time I checked it's not on the Asus webbie yet.
