The guy's illiterate. It just shows though that people now seem to automatically think bad English is automatically dyslexia.

It's not really as simple as that. For example, I can spell fine, but I struggle reading numbers and with hand writing, I get the order of letters jumbled up and can't write a few words without the above happening.

Dyslexia pretty well specifically refers to people who, while clearly smart (To the extent of typically being well above average intelligence) seem never to be able to get a grip of basic literacy.

Personally I would regard people such as this as a good argument for a "Three Strikes" rule!
