Hey Guys,

Building a PC for a friend, can you just check over the spec to see if ive missed anything out? Would be like my 30th build but I still miss things of the shopping list :p

change the ram to dual channel corsair xms3.
 
Just general stuff, ive told the lad buying it its way overpowered for internet browsing but hes one of those types that wont have it!

He wants to separate his junk from his boot drive, I recommended an SSD to him but unfortunately its just not going to fit within the budget, so I just shot a 320gb 6gb/s drive in

And that ASRock mobo supports sandybridge right? I havent had any experience with the new CPUs as of yet :P EDIT: Stupid question, it does!

unfortunately yes. i only hope they will go into gaming once they get the PC.

the only way i could see you realistically spending anywhere near that much on a browsing machine is with a small form factor/HTPC case. even then i cant sensibly get near £900
