check over this please

for sound I've got a Rotel RA-500, and I'm just gonna get some stereo speakers for it.

I'm not planning on overclocking this spec, I just got that ram because it's hardly anymore than the cheapest 5300 2gb kits. I'm sure OC'in makes a difference for benchies, but just in real world usage it's makes less difference imo, and not really worth the extra money you have to pay to get better cooling ram, psu, mobo etc..

will the gtx fit in that case?

If i am spending £1300 on a pc you can bet i want a better case and psu.Yes it will probably be fine but a tight squeeze.If your not overclocking why bother with that ram just find the cheapest pc5300 elixir or some other generic make 4gb can be had for £70.Same can be said for motherboard just get the cheapest that does quad core.Your opinion is wrong overclocking is not done for benchies i have never done one of those in my life and overclock it because it makes my games and applications perform a lot faster.The gtx does fit if you don't put the fan on the hdd cage.
To buy that lot and not overclock it is blasphemy imo.

well I want faster ram to acomodate the next gen cpu's, and same reason i want a p35 board. I heard the EArthwatts are just seasonic psu's so they should be good. and the case looks pretty good to me asthetically

Well the earthwatts is 17a+17a on 2 rails so should be ok yes it's very good value that case and that power supply.Get the cruical ballistix though the 5300 stuff does 1200mhz + will resale much better if you ever upgrade it as the rma is in scotland and turnaround fast i think geil you may even need to send to the usa but am not positive.The crucial 5300 is faster than the geil 6400 so therefore will last you longer.
