any particular reason for the gtx over a gts ?
maybe have a look at :
G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PQ PC2-8000C5 (2x2GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit (F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ) £74.99 (£88.11 inc VAT)
maybe look at upping the cooler to a tuniq if it fits the mobo.
not sure if that mobo will work with the wolfdale straight out the box so maybe worth checking if a bios update is needed.
