Check SSD health?

How can I check the health of my Crucial 1TB SSD
First night of installing it I left my computer on over night to install a line up off games on steam and woke up to find that it had just frozen and hadn't even installed one game, Today I left it to install "Just Cause 3" and there was a writing error,
I used CrystalDiskInfo but wont give me the health,

tried ssd life?

what motherboard? latest bios,also tried another sata cable and sata port?

Samsung magician can check I think? Or your BIOS / motherboard software may have a SMART built in?

SSD life wont let me check as I have two SSD, bios was updated to f5 the other day will try another port/lead if all else fails
Will try magician , I've got a Z97N-Gaming 5 Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Mini ITX Motherboard

try hdd tune,i think Samsung magician only works for Samsung drives but try it

SSD seems fine..its probably the leads so will order some more next week
