Check this before i order plz

Okies having looked around and read a lot of stuff i think i am ready to order the parts for my upgrade they are the following. Please voice any opinions and i have two specific questions, firstly, Will my 400W Antec SL400P power supply be suitable? and secondly will i have problems with windows when i have all this hardware (using the same hdd etc)??

Think about getting an 8800GTS.

Looks fine, HDD and PSU should be AFAIK OK

very close to my spec apart from the memory, lots of people have the Geil clocking well though, should be sweet mate, enjoy.

if you can stretch to a gts then get it just to save in the dx10 upgrade later

The cooling system for the CPU is a bit pricey since you are buying the heatsink and fan separately, you might be better off just buying something like the Noctua NH-U12F instead if you want to save a bit of cash to go towards an 8800GTS.

Other than that possible change it looks fine.
