Want to get back into PC gaming again, and potentially a little bit of CAD and audio converting aswell, what do you think about the following build. I intend to overclock the athlon to a sensible level if pos....

From things I've read regarding the 4890's power consumption, you may be a bit tight on power and temperature if you plan on OCing the Athlon.

Could either - opt for a 5770 for £15 more and a CPU cooler for £15 as the 5770 runs at a lower wattage (it also runs cooler/quieter/DX11 but is less powerful)

Or buy a cooler (£15) and up the PSU to a 500W OCZ unit for an extra £20, then you get the OC on the Athlon and the more powerful GPU.

You could subsidise these with a cheaper case (Xigmatek Asgard) but, speaking from experience, I wouldn't recommend skimping on a case.

Or you could just leave the athlon stock and you should have enough juice in the 400W Corsair to power the rig at that.
