Checking for keyloggers

Hey guys,

My girlfriends dad is having a bit of a mare with his eBay account. It wouldn't be so bad except that it's for his business. Someone keeps hacking in and locking him out, and selling junk.

I don't have access to look at his computer, but is there anything you could recommend to scan for malware and keyloggers? I imagine it will probably be a keylogger on his works computer as he's changed all his security multiple times, yet the hacker still gets in.

He doesn't really want to format if possible.

Any help would be much appreciated,

Cheers.

Try em all. Also, be smart and have your GF's Dad change his passwords on a PC he has never used before. Also change his email account passwords.

I think the issue is that even if he changes his information on another PC (which he has done) he still needs to log on using the works computer.

I'll get him to run said programs and see what comes back.

also, change all passwords for all accounts -not to all the same password and change secret questions
