CheckMend problem... help!!!

Evenin guyz and dollz!

So, I go to do a check on my new contract phone on checkmend in order to list it on the members market but, for whatever reason, it's flagged up as lost AND stolen?!?!

Literally received the phone from 3 yesterday and it was all sealed and fine so far as I could see.

Is there some sort of time period you have to wait for new handsets to pass some invisible checklist? Everything else is fine on the checklist...

Re-check your IMEI and if it's still listed as lost and stolen contact Three and ask why.

I've just checked the IMEI and it appears to be exactly the same. Is it worth paying for another check just to make sure?

As feek said,go back to who you got it from and find out whats wrong.

I will not allow a phone to be sold on here unless the checkmend report is clear im afraid.

That's no problem. I'll get in contact with 3 today and try to resolve the issue before listing.

Maybe it's showing as stolen because it's not activated yet.
