Weirdly I decided to randomly have a big chunk of cheese before bed last night....and of course had very weird dreams. I dreamt I looked at a lateral flow and I was positive but tried to go out as normal.

It's only French cheese you've got to avoid before bedtime, if you do have some right before you go to bed you may find yourself sleep walking to your garden/street and randomly burning tyres there for no good reason. And nobody wants that.

Old wives tale. People have a glass of warm milk before bed and there's no fairy stories surrounding that, so why would cheese be any different?
Or even tale.
My maternal grandma had a couple of doozies, “If you eat cheese at nighttime, you’ll dream of tigers.”
Coupled with, “If you sit with your back to the fire, you’ll look like a monkey!”
