Lets not forget what she looked like when she was on X Factor, even with her dodgy make up on, thought I suppose the same thing could be said about Cheryl.
 
Wow, at least the first song was unique, if incredibly painful. That new one is just utterly bland-by-number RnB. Well done music biz, you've got about six months left of life to suck out of her.
 
It sounds like someone paid for their kid to sing into a computer mixed with a mr.whippy ice cream maker and an autotune effects unit.

Along with a lot of chart music, over-processed, shallow rubbish. Shame on you.

Agreed, but you can't deny that the whole factory-warehouse, monetary focus is more prolific nowadays than in previous years in the music industry. I mean in the 50's and 60's, record labels were just a tax write off. Now look at them, huge business.
 
The charts really don't matter to any self-respecting music fan but it's always a shame to see so many good singer-songwriters and bands on indie labels who have far more outstanding talent (musical opinion aside), originality and integrity be passed by because they're not as accessible as some midly-attractive girl dancing to a ringtone composition and might as well be singing about what she had for dinner last night. But I guess this is why nobody remembers any of the x factor 'winners' and no-one will remember her but people are still buying Bob Dylan and Hendrix records nowadays and will still buy records by artists like the White Stripes and Pendulum years to come.
 
That's not so bad really. better than her first effort! The blond in the video would get a right good pumping. not so sure about Miss Lloyd herself though.
