Chess at work!

Really random question but does anybody know a website where I can play my friend at chess (on the same computer as he is sat next to me)?

Because I am at work a lot of websites are blocked so any sugestions would be appreciated.

Clear some space on your desk and set up a physical board? Anyone sneaking behind you would see either the physical board or the virtual board.

Are you allowed to install programs? I used to play on some LAN / WAN chess client. The name escapes me.

I remember bits of when I last played chess with that kind of set we lost track of which pieces belonged to who
