Chest muscle

Hey at the gym whats best to try and gain some chest?

Bench pressing doesn't really seem to do much for me so what else could i do?

for my day on chest i do

Single arm pec decs
Bench press
m/c flyes

Seems to work for me :)

I really feel the flyes more than i do the others if im honest

When im doing chest i hardly ever feel it on my chest, when i di its like the section of muscle between my shoulder and start of chest?

Well diet is very important, but i wouldn't say it quite as strong as that. My recent diet (poor) and my recent gains (good) have proven this ;)
 
Decline bench and dips.Decline works more of the chest than incline.Go heavy but beware if you have weak triceps it will hamper chest development..your tri's will need to play catch-up for a bit.

Leave the pec-dec,cable x-overs and dumbell flys to the deluded ;)

nothing wrong with dumbell flyes if used correctly.
decline bench bring more muscles into play, hence why it should be a stronger lift.

Andr3w, what exercises are you doing and how many sets / reps, it could be that you are over training.

Also, its worth considering doing an isolation exercise before the presses, this way you can pre exhaust your chest, which will mean when pressing you will reach muscle fatigue in your chest, rather than your tris or delts.
 
I've found that working my chest 2 times a week has helped. Even though I use a p/p/l routine (3 days..), I do a complete chest workout on Saturdays and do bench press on Tuesday as well. Seems to work well, but don't think I'll try it for other parts as my legs ache for a while after squatting lol.

I do dips on Monday and decline bench on Thursday. Worked well for me. Also, make sure you're eating enough. You wont gain lean body mass in a calorie deficient environment.

Pectoral Implants are by far the easiest option......... ;)
