darn right disgusted!! marmite is aweful shtuff!

anyway, i can never get omlettes to work, i always end up with scrambled eggs, but i dont mind, love the stuff :D

Plan is chicken, red and green peppers , mushrooms and some chillis cooked off before then beat 2 eggs with little milk. place previous ingredinats in frying pan and then pour misture over and cook till firmish , place under grill for a min or so
That would make a very healthy meal, don't worry about the fat as the fats contained in a chicken omelette are all healthy and yes that includes the cholesterol and the saturated fats. Eggs are a superfood, that's why I eat 6 a day, everyday ;)

The only thing you need to concern yourself with is what you cook it in. Don't use vegetable oil, this stuff is absolute garbage and is VERY UNHEALTHY!!!!! Either use butter or olive oil, both of these are the healthiest oils to use. Don't use margarine either, this is just as bad as vegetable oil and is very unhealthy. That includes all the crap like Flora and Omega 3 enriched, blah, blah, marketing lies. Pure 100% butter is far healthier for you ;)

Fat doesn't make you fat, excess calories make you fat.

If you sat down and ate fat-free chocolate all day what do think would happen? Think you'd get fat? Because you would.

Certain fats, like trans fats are super unhealthy, just as bad as cigarettes imho!! Main culprit of making you fat are simple sugary carbs as they cause insulin spikes which encourage the storage of fat. When they subside you feel hungry and want to eat again very soon, this is a vicious circle that encourages you to eat more and eat excess calories.

Result? Bodyfat.

That's a very, super simplified view, the human body and nutrition are far too complicated to go into in a post like this.

sounds good to me, almost like a Spanish omelet, but with noodles instead of potatoes.

I didn't realise how much fat was in olive oil , I thought it was healthy etc.

Oh well back to salads and small portions of cottage pie etc.

its almost 100% fat but that doesnt mean its bad for you

Yeah I did but surely , if your eating fat , your gonna fat if you don't do anything?? I've lost a lot of weight over last 6 months by eating salads and genrally eating less crap. Now i'm just starting to work what foods are "non fattening" So was just wondering if thi was "non fattening"option
