Chieftec Dragon

Hi all

Was just wondering if anyone has ever owned one of these:

This was my second case after my first old beige case.
I still have it as i had to upgrade all my hardware to what im currently using.

Back in the day i spent about £1200 on it in various upgrades over the years.

It currently houses a

Intel Pentium 4, 3Ghz overclocked to 3.25Ghz
Coolermaster Aquagate Water cooler system
2Gb DDR2 pc3200 Ram(i think)
250GB Hard drive
Abit Ai7 Motherboard
Ultra X-connect 400W PSU
Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 3850 8X AGP 512MB
I used to have the blue cathodes and all blue led fans in but got bored
Has a total of 6 fans in. 2x front intake, 2x rear exaust, 1 roof exaust and 1 side intake. Also have the Aquagate mounted in 2x 5.25 bays with fan as intake as its an enclosed unit a lot bigger than the water cooling of today.
also has a Vantec 5.25 hard drive cooler/enclosure.

I had one of those in green, wish I hadn't skipped it now, it was huge !

its a good 2x 5.25 bays higher than my Antec 300. It had plenty of room inside just a poor layout and cable management was poor.

I still have my fuller tower CD. It is about to be retired for a 700D though. Had it about 8-9 years.

I also had a green one, was a watercooled Athlon XP at 3ghz, sold it for about £700 about a year ago.

I had a black one... wicked case, very big, just hopeless on acoustics. This was when I had my old 939 system with a AMD 64 4000+!
