Child proof case...

Hi all,

I've had a request from a friend to spec him a case that is as child proof as possible.

His requirements are:

- front door with lock (he's already had one DVD drive destroyed)
- no exposed buttons on the front (not as important as the locking door)
- CHEAPish (sub £50 if possible)

First thoughts were the Antec P182/183, but they are over budget somewhat.

2nd hand rackmount case?

Of course he could just lock the entire thing in a cabinet and save himself a few £££

+ to locking a cheap case into a cabinet, but you gotta make sure it has decent cooling.

2nd hand P180/P182. I think there's one in the members market now (get your postcount up to gain access, and give it some time). You could always try auction sites too.

The Antec Sonata Elite has a door, is lockable and the power button is behind the door.

It is over budget at £81, but it is cheaper than the p182/183.

Also, there is a Thermaltake Soprano on the MM that may be worth a look - well within budget and has the requested features.
