Chilly users defrosted with heated USB mousemat

My right hand gets seriously cold whilst I'm using the mouse for any length of time. Probably due to poor circulation to my hand whilst it's in the mouse holding position. So it's not as stupid an idea as you might originally think.

I want feet and leg warmers, My feet and legs get waqrjm while playing games late at night :(

What a typo :p .

I seriously would consider getting these if they were £11 in the UK (probably more like double + 17.5%). Easier to get a blanket or more clothes on probably (though still leaves hands cold :( ).

What bike is that in your sig? Twin cans make me weak at the knees. Random guess from the little I can see in the sig... Ducati Monster?

Sorry, it is a Honda CBR1100-XX with some panels off and negatived. It's my target bike, atm I have a Kwak Z750. In a few years I'll trade it for a 'Bird or the current equivalent.

I only have an XR125 so you've got plenty more than me ;) . I'm hoping to get a SV650S next year when I pass my test.

Get up in a rush with the heated slippers and the laptop
would go flying across the room
So true. I've done this with headphones. Worrying thing is I've also done it with my desktop and pulled my speaker plug in bit and a monitor across the desk.

I hope that was a LCD screen and not a 21" CRT as you could end
up looking like Avid Merrion. :D
Twas an LCD. The cable would've come out before it fell off the desk but it moved quite a bit.

I'd be quite supprised if they made much of a difference at all. A USB port supplies 5V with a maximum of 500mA = 2.5W of heating power. Got to be more effective than the USB powered drinks cooler though!

Was just about to say. Doesn't seem practical, one of those chemical heat things would be more effective and won't need a cable.
