Are they legal to own?

Are they expensive?

Do you need to have a reason to own one?

Can you take it out of the house about with you?

No I don't think so (well, they might be, but you'd be hard pushed finding somewhere that could legally sell one to you)

Yes they would be

What reasoning would you use?

Depends

im after a pet, and thought it would be cool to own a chimp. very wierd i know but im serious on this, id like a pet thats actually intelligent. and have seen how they act wondering if its possible!

They're *extremely* hard to keep under control - only a strict regime of punishment beatings will keep them from destroying your house.

I used to have one, and after spanking the monkey 7 or 8 times a day it all got a bit much, TBH.

supposebly there extremely expensive, about 20k!

and its extremely hard to look after, and they can be aggressive as said, thats out the window then :(

Pfft, email me if you want, i would order one for you direct from the jungle in my village in nigeria. :p

Why would you wanna own a moneky or chimp as a pet? Do you realise it is like looking after a baby? Change nappies, keep it under control, etc.....Buy something else.
