This will never happen. Exporting is too important to China's economy for them to be whacking charges on top, they need to remain ultra competitive in order to sustain their huge economic growth.
What's interesting is that the European Union as a group are still a bigger exporter (excluding exports to other EU countries) than China, and are far ahead of the US and Japan. Though, it does mostly stem from Germany's exports.
