1 Yes they should not be selling the arms to Sudan however its no different to what the French and other countries have been doing for years.
2 it nothing to do with the Olympics, who whole point of the Olympics is that everyone puts aside their policies views and come together to play the games.

The UK is one of the worlds biggest arms suppliers. Go and lobby your local MP about that before you start rattling on about China.
 
OMG, how big headed are they, despite the fact that we let them create as much CO2 as they want.. they still proceed to think they are the best???

we need to put an end to its coal power plant ideas, not only is it releasing CO2, its also letting off sulfur for all to inhale, and don't get me started with what they release to the sea.. And its all because they want more money than they can possibly spend.

Erm, if they shut down their CO2 emissions, then guess who will be producing all those shiny goods that the US and UK import so much of? Simple really, they are emitting CO2 to produce stuff for the majority of the western world... if they stop, we'll have to produce the goods ourselves, then our emissions will rise... doesnt matter who does it... if any, i think their mass production facilities are a damn lot more productive than ours, and they rely heavliy on HUMAN labour, which emits minor amounts of CO2... and they have been doing it for decades now...

I think it is hypocritical that we and the US can start mouthing off about their CO2 emissions when WE have been spewing out tonnes of the stuff since the 1950s.....

Modern warfare between a western nation and china would be airstrikes/chemical/biological/nuclear, I wouldn't envisage much ground combat but at the end of the day the chinese are a very small, weak race and I wouldn't rate them as up to much

Maybe, contemporary strategists might disagree and besides that's a quite a racial view to take, the Chinese might think the same about you...

A small race of a billion and counting that has engaged in warfare in the last 70 years with Japan, USA, UK, South Korea, USSR, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, Thailand and some others and has yet to be clearly defeated.

I'm not sure you know what you are talking about.

I hope that was sarcasm, or else you're seriously misguided! The UK generates 3 times as much CO2 as china per person, considering the ammount they export is pretty damn impressive! And if they got rid of their coal power, what would they replace it with? Don't forget we still have a lot of coal power plants here in the UK.

And finally, how do you get the idea that they're in it because they want more money than they can possibly spend? There a lot a lot of extremely poor people in china, you make it sound like they're filthy rich, get off your high horse and think before you speak!!

Nope, I'm talking about the access to resources that goes towards improving the standard of living of poor Chinks.

The arms are part of an exchange for access to natural resources.
 
Why is everyone so quick to hate the US, and so quick to defend China?
