I wonder how much power it uses and how hot it gets! It seems to be using Ivys and Xeon Phis.

34 Petaflops per second......next gen?

Well if my back of an envelope calculations are correct (which they rarely are) it would cost around 2.3 grand an hour to run based on average power costs here

Because that's the way the media wants you to perceive them.

China is the new Russia, bring on Cold War 2.
 
So, 6 times as many cores, for a performance that is only double that of the #2.. unless there is a real problem in scaling, there's something not quite right there..
