They'll want to talk to the drivers. No idea why, it's a straight forward thing to decide.

That said, the FIA stewarding system STILL isn't working. So the drivers don't have the flag lights in the car, the safety car mode in the cars doesn't work and the DRS enable/disable doesn't work.

Nope.

That's why you never see them make a mistake on a dry track (other than hitting other cars).

I remember years ago drivers would spin off simply because they were on the limit and pushing very hard. That just doesn't happen anymore.
