Chipset overheating, crashing

What would be a "acceptable but hot" temperature range you would expect from experience?

Safe temperature is one thing, but for those familiar with my posts know that I’m obsessed with lower temperature, but not going exotic for cooling. The X570-F, even with some hot GPUs I’ve used at the time, I was getting high 50s up to low 60s, despite a very good airflow, even when the GPU was watercolours, so no extra heat around. When I tried the X570-E Gaming Wi-Fi II, which uses a passive heatsink, but the revised chipset (I guess?) was much cooler.
