Sabrepulse is probably my favourite modern chip artist. Rob Hubbard is a god though.

Has to be my favourite. Dubmood have a few great ones I've come across, "YM2149 Oh Sexy Thing!" is great as is "Sa Har Kan Man Ocksa Gora"
