I assume the prior as it is rated for extremely high clock-speeds. However I would also surmise that the performance difference would be negligible, even if you had to slacken the timings on the other set... It is just a guess though as I don't know exactly what OC settings you are trying to accomplish and with what SPD etc.

This stuff looks excellent though, especially given the price: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-153-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1392

so ur saying i wont feel the difference at all but the OCZ one is better right? if the difference is something that i wont even feel, then ill buy the second one since it is in stock. is it possible to run the corsair one on 2000mhz?

guessing I would say that you might have trouble getting the Corsair all the way to 2000mhz but maybe close if you sacrifice the tigher timings. Depends what Volts it is rated at to get the advertised timings. Doesn't seem to say on that page.

I personally think you can worry too much about RAM as you probably wouldn't be able to notice the difference. The OCZ seems better value though as it's cheaper and is rated to 2000
