Choice of 2 monitors, which do I go with?

Hey, I'm currently looking at upgrading my main monitor. Right now, I use some terrible Luxor 22" TV thing which obviously isn't too great.

I've been looking at these two:

Now, I have no real idea what the difference is between the two of them. I understand about the super narrow bezel. Apart from that, what is the main thing that is causing one to be £30 more than the other?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: Also saw that the pricing on the first link is a little odd. Shows its discounted, even though both prices are the same. Any ideas how I can point this out to them?

Edit: Alternatively, if anyone has any suggestions of monitors in a similar price range that they feel would be better please let me know. Budget is no more than £180. I've also posted this in the monitors sub-section, but it's not really had any responses yet.

Ive just order 3 of the Asus VN247H 24"Widescreen Super Narrow Bezel for a surround setup. Due to arrive on Wednesday if you can wait ill let you know how they perform.

I think the price is more for that narrow bezel feature which obviously is a bonus for a 3 monitor setup

What is your main use? If it's for mainly gaming you can ignore IPS panels. If not, there are a few available within your budget.
